Declan Wasp

Declan Wasp is a Vice President at Alex Brown Venture Capital Services (ABVCS). In his role, Declan is focused on executing institutional private company block trades via Primary and Secondary mandates. Prior to joining ABVCS, Declan was a Senior Associate at Nasdaq Private Market (NPM) facilitating transactions on NPM’s institutional high-touch desk. Before that, Declan supported the Investor Relations Intelligence sales group at Nasdaq. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College as a Policy Management Major in 2019 and now holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Declan is originally from Long Island and played sports growing up including lacrosse at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and is based in NYC.
