Deborah Vines

Vines is also an award-winning filmmaker and playwright and has been involved in theater and film as a writer, actor, director, and producer for the past 18 years. She has written 9 screenplays, with 2 development deals under her belt; 2 TV pilots, one of which is currently being shopped; and one webisode. Her numerous plays, which include one musical (www.lovethat4letterword.com ), have been produced in various venues throughout the U.S., including in Boston, NYC, and L.A. Her two-person dramedy, Jackie and Clarisse (and the Fall to Grace), which garnered great reviews in Boston and L.A., recently premiered in NYC for a short run, earning another strong review. Plans are in the works for an extended NYC run. Vines holds an MS in counseling psychology and is a member of AFTRA/SAG, ASCAP, the Dramatist’s Guild, NYWFT, and the Woodstock Fringe Playwrights Unit NYC. For film she is repped by Karen Mc Cormack of KRM Management and Ernest L. Dancy with the Wayne Agency in Los Angeles.
