I spent 26 years transforming a family business into a $2.1B global public company. As Global COO and Board Member, I led the organization through two major acquisitions (Fosun and Blackstone) and drove the preparations for its IPO. My role evolved as the company scaled, from building foundations to orchestrating global expansion, operational coherence, and large-scale transformation. I am known for connecting the dots, turning complexity into clarity, aligning multicultural teams, and building governance that strengthens the organization. Having operated across Europe, India, China, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and the US, I move easily between high-context and low-context cultures and create coherence where others may see fragmentation. Guided by the belief that “we rise by giving our lives meaning through others,” my leadership blends analytical discipline with humanity. Together we empower the change for a better path forward: harnessing multi-stakeholder collaboration to achieve measurable impact in the areas of climate resilience, preserving resources, and fostering inclusiveness. Founded in 2022, WJI 2030 is a member of the UN Global Compact and signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles. In May 2023, WJI 2030 was recognised by the Swiss authorities as an Association of Public Utility. Today, our team is headquartered in Maison de La Paix in Geneva, Switzerland.
