Trained Project Coordinator to the oversight of meeting activities, organization and maintenance of meeting documentation, and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Analyzed and translated technical documents for non-technical and technical readability and conciseness. Researched and ensured technical terminology for policies and procedures. Proofread and edited documents and client deliverables. Maintained document repositories and briefing materials.

Responsible for the planning, organizing, management, training and performance of work in the deployment of the Defense Occupational Environmental Health Readiness System - Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Health (DOEHRS IH/EH). Managed planned work efforts ensuring that project schedules are sustained. Provided leadership as part of the DOEHRS (IH/EH) deployment team; facilitated and provided liaison with Service DOEHRS (IH/EH) project leads and deployment sites. Responsible for the day-to-day management of deployment tasks and subtasks under the guidance of the deployment plan and the coordination of timely deliverable reviews for Implementation and Training. Participated in the preparation and management of deployment plans, reports, DOEHRS usability metrics, information dissemination, project scheduling, task tracking and coordination. Supported and coordinated with multiple project teams, Implementation Teams, Service and Site Management Teams, as required to ensure successful deployment. Participated in project activities and schedules to aid completion of deployment quality reviews, briefings and presentations.
