Responsible for Brazil, reporting to BR CEO, and to the HR Latam Head, managing the HR team and all HR process: A&S, T&D, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Payroll, etc. Contributing to development of HR strategies and programs that address business needs Provide coaching to managers and employees regarding issues such as job design/success profiles, organizational design, managing change, employee engagement and team effectiveness Help managers address performance issues through appropriate corrective action, and steps to maintain a positive working environment.Serve as an employee resource through listening, providing guidance and directing inquiries to the appropriate specialists Providing education to managers and employees regarding total rewards philosophy and practices Support the execution of total rewards programs Assisting in updating/maintaining accurate employee data, produce reports, and analyze data in collaboration with HR Direct and Operations partners Doing the roll out of all HQ programs, all over the country (5 offices).

Covering my manager maternity leave, took care of HR in Latin America (Mexico, Central America, Chile, Argentina and Colombia).

Working in the process of Performance Management, R&S, T&D and Mobility Management. Transferred to London to manage the HR area in the office and to implement the Commodities business - in Geneva.

- Expat Advisor: I was in charge to control a administrate all expat in the company, including their visa process and all rotines involving the accomodation, allowances, etc. - Analyst in the T&D Area: we implemeted the area, creating all procedures. I was responsable for the Integration Training, the Anual Performace Apprasial and for all trainings that happen in the Company, including the report about them

- Support in all selection process - Conduct Trainings to different areas of the Hospital - Test application and correction - Internal Communication - Support in Management Meetings
