pediatric nurse practitioner
About
As a recent graduate from Yale University School of Nursing with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Pediatrics, I am looking to work as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. My MSN program is primary care focused and my clinical experience has given me the skills to care for a wide variety of children from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Additionally, I received my Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota in 2009, focusing on maternal and child health and health disparities. I have an extensive international public health background, working on disease surveillance, program implementation, and research in resource-limited settings. My clinical education, experience and public health background have prepared me to deliver accessible, culturally appropriate, and interdisciplinary patient-centered care. I have a strong desire to provide comprehensive care to underserved populations.
