Work with Engineering, Planning, Production, Finance, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure that materials are available to achieve the planned schedule. Purchase materials/services as required. Support Vendor Selection process. Prioritized ordering of materials based on production schedule, shop capacity, inventory, and lead times. Ensure correct documentation, including certificates of conformance, are sent. Resolve any order or invoice discrepancies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers. Monitor and support Supplier performance system (OTD, cost reductions, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines including developing and maintaining action trackers. Review purchasing demands and shortages daily. Retain records of purchases to ensure traceability of parts to requirements for FAA and AS910 requirements. Analyze customer demand and forecast for demand planning. Implement Private Brand launches with International and Domestic suppliers. Work with Global Sourcing, Marketing and Suppliers to plan new product launches and deployment to ensure correct product mix and quantities are ordered. Ensure inventory is delivered on time to all distribution centers and maintain proper inventory levels to optimize service levels and contain costs. Create new reports to track planning needs and service levels. Analyze demand and procure inventory from domestic and global suppliers. Train other team members in processes and execution of projects. Lead Kaizen projects to improve processes and efficiency.

Pipelined inventory to meet customer’s EDI forecast. Placed Purchase Orders and expedited with suppliers. Monitored schedules and deliveries.
