My role as secretary at the town hall varied in all the different admin departments, accountant, taxes, registry office etc. This first experience in the public work taught me discipline and focus, here I improved my planning skills.

Mainly secretarial work, in almost all offices like: anagrafe office, tax office,accountancy, techical office.

As a Supervisor at the Greenwich Tavern my responsibility was to coordinate a group of 7 waiters/tress's who had work with maximum efficiency in order to achieve the best customer experience.

During my time as an intern at the Marketing Office I achieved knowledge on how communication tools are used in the field, working as assistant to the office manager.

During the census that the Italian National Institute of Statistics held in 2010/2011 my duty was to collect data of a sample of the population and inquire them through a questionnaire. Using and improving my PR abilities was vital for the accomplishment of this job.

In 2012 I've been one of the Responsible Educator for teenager Summer Camp, with kids from 11 to 14 years old. The camp was themed "common goods", or rather we wanted to teach to use carefully the common goods we got, like water, environment, nature ect.. So I had to organize spare time with activities and games about the theme.

Internship of two month, from June to July, in summer 2008, and 2009 as educator of a Summer Camp for kids from 5 years old to 11, in the city I live. In 2010 I became a Responsible Educator, that meant owning the responsibility over the kids and over the others educators.

* A After-School is an institution that offers additional, non-compulsory educational programs after school. * The internship lasted from october to may, both years, during the afternoon. * I had to help kids with homeworks, organize spare time and activities as little theaters, or games.

Internship as Teacher's Assistant, in 2009 at Primary School lasted a month, had me helping the Teacher during lessons, organizing activities and following kinds with difficulties. In 2010 the internship had me helping and following two child with difficulties, one of them didn't spoke italian, and the other had a little mental retardation.

Copywriting for a renowned luxury fashion brand, I created the written content for the brand website. Part of the creation process was the linkage between the first t-shirt collection and the brand identity. This job developed into brand analysis that was used as a case study for my bachelor dissertation on Semiotics of the Image.

Working at the polling station was a great responsibility. There, I improved my knowledge on laws and politics as well as organisation and focus on details.

Course of study focused in media communication, marketing and advertising analysis' strategies. General informatic and the creation of a web site (responsive, XHTML 5), was determinant for a complete knowledge to understand today's tecnologies.
