* I am one of three Sales Managers responsible for IBM’s Client Financing Team in the UK and Ireland. I manage 6 sellers and carry Sales Targets for Commercial, a team of 3 who are aligned to a subset of IBM’s customers, and all business transacted through IBM’s Channel Partners. Our aim is to enable clients to invest in traditional IT and newer digital technologies in order to grow and differentiate in the market place. As a team we operate across all Sectors and work with many of the UK's largest companies. My responsibilities include: * Commercial and Channel Financing volumes budget for the UK and Ireland * First Line Management role leading 6 x headcount * Quota setting and tracking vs plan across my team * People Management, recruitment, education and development * New Product Development * ensuring our products are relevant in a rapidly changing market place * Coverage * ensuring appropriate coverage of key business units across IBM's portfolio * Weekly reporting and tracking vs budget with our UK leadership team and the European Channel Leadership Team
