Staff Education including OSHA training, CNA skills training, New Employee Orientation, New Product Training, Annual Refresher Training. Reviewed Applications and Interviewed CNA's for hire. Completed Quality Assurance Audits. Supervising Nurse Day Shift, Supervising all Nursing Staff, Facility Rounds and Rounds with On-Call Physicians.

Supporting Client Workflow Questions, Encouraging Best Practices, Program Development and Implementation - Survey Readiness, Release Readiness Planning and Communication, Processing Client Interface Requests for Service Center Action. All efforts are to encourage our customers to best utilize the SigmaCare EHR Application.
