Supervision of volunteers, ensuring regulations and rules are adhered to. Resolving clients requests, issues and complaints. Directing clients to appropriate agencies. Liase with government agencies to ensure clients needs are looked after. Organizing and supervising activities such as flu clinics, barbecues and lunches. Preparing tax returns for clients.

Met with clients and discussed their income tax, aided clients in putting together information necessary to complete tax forms. Completed income tax forms and advised client on how to prepare themselves for next year's return.

Working in conjunction with my partner, I oversee all aspects of the office. My main duties include designing and implementing all office procedures. Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll, HST and worker's compensation payments and accounts. Collecting outstanding invoices and reconciling bank statements.

Along with the recruiting officer, I am responsible for hiring people for the upcoming Federal election. I will be interviewing people by telephone and in person. The positions for which I am recruiting vary from information officer to supervisor. I will be responsible for hiring over 200 people in a 5 week period.
