In this job role I am taking care of client sites spread over 8 states in Easter part of the country.

Started with role of Senior Executive – Environment Management Systems in 2010 for Eastern India. Role expanded to Assistant Manager – EHS in 2013 and further enhanced to Manager – EHS for JLL responsible for all IBM India locations in 2016. IBM and JLL both have an industry leading and strong EHS and Sustainability culture Role Highlights: • Responsible for all aspects of Environment, Health, Safety, employee wellbeing, sustainability program management conforming to ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 50001 (energy) and ISO 45001 (safety) for over 75 IBM sites across India employing over 100,000 personnel. • Prepared award-winning applications for various external awards and won 1) ‘Golden Peacock Award’ for environmental excellence in 2018; 2) Vice President of India award for providing barrier free environment to differently abled employees in IBM in 2018, and 3) Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) award for EHS excellence. In 2016. • Developed environmental aspect impact metrics showcased in company sustainability report and executed projects to minimize impacts. • Focused on safety and fire risk elimination and reduced enterprise wide risk by 80% for all India sites. Stronger programs lead to 30% drop in internal audit observations in 2018 • Ensured performance excellence and ended 2018 with zero property loss, no major fire and No loss time injury. • Fostered a culture of excellence by influencing leadership to demonstrate visible EHS commitment in management reviews and business ownership of outcomes. Promoted employee engagement by driving EHS initiatives to increase employee awareness.

Voyants (www.voyants.in) offers environmental planning and sustainability services including compliance/ permitting support, audits, due-diligence, water studies, biodiversity assessments and green building services to industry clients. It is accredited as “Category “A” Organization under QCI NABET Version 3 for 9 Sectors. Role Highlights: • Worked on Environment Clearance for several industrial and infrastructure projects • Coordinated with state level authorities for public hearing and prepared EIA reports • Serviced clients in the areas of biomass power generation, steel rolling mills, coal based thermal power plants, integrated townships & airports

NEERI (www.neeri.res.in) is a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) certified institution and conducts pioneering research in various environmental areas for government and industry Role Highlights: • Worked on various projects including environmental impact & risk assessments, toxicity studies, soil contamination studies due to petroleum product storage and air dispersion modelling • Conducted environmental monitoring including sampling and analysis of various air, water, waste, wastewater and noise media
