* Perform supervisory responsibilities in according with CBE's policies and procedures * Monitor performance of the Client Services team by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement * Handle all performance related issues with the Client Services team * Interview qualified candidates and make hiring decisions * Approve all help tickets and monitor their completion * Receive calls from potential clients and determine if a contract should be sent or refer them to another collection * agency * Work closely with auditors whether on-site or remote - prepare for the audits by gathering the required information and respond to the audits when the results are presented to CBE * Set up WebVision users and reset passwords when requested * Attend and participate in Implementation meetings * Answer client/account questions from other support departments * Ensure all processes are documented, up-to-date and running smoothly * Make Operations aware of any client changes that would affect their collection efforts * Complete annual performance evaluations
