Develop and implement the risk assessment system. Maintain and perform internal audit functions. Review, research, revise and write bank policies and procedures. Set up and maintain internal resource page. Work on various IT, accounting or credit projects as assigned. Serve as member of the Leadership Team, Compliance Group, IT Steering committee, Marketing Group, Training Team and Merger Team.

* Serves as an advisor to Senior Management in the areas of risk, finance, and accounting; makes recommendations to reduce risk exposure in the areas of credit, operations, compliance and security. * Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks. * Manage the bank's internal audit, compliance, credit analyst, loan review and bank security functions. * Works with the Bank's Compliance and Internal Audit Officers in attaining established compliance/audit goals as directed by Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors. * Works with the Credit Analysis and Loan Review to promote sound loan decisions and maintain quality control. * Works with the Security Officer to control risk relating to the bank’s physical security.
