Responsible for the technology of Centrica's global businesses: - Energy Marketing and Trading - Distributed Energy and Power - Business Energy Supply • Re-negotiated numerous contracts and introduced agile methods at scale. • Integrated 2 trading businesses, creating a single global platform, significantly reducing costs. • Introduced a cloud-based customer platform, adopted as British Gas’ low-cost challenger brand. • Delivered Machine Learning solution, matching invoices, reducing processing and headcount • Integrated 9 companies, aligning technology & business goals • Recognised for innovative, best-practice delivery, winning Centrica’s inaugural delivery value award Integrated a portfolio of high growth digital companies and transformed the new organisation to adopt agile at scale.

Responsible for managing all aspects of Centrica’s trading business systems, from the trade floor to back office systems and processes.
