A high performance specialist with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record working across a range of sports and with world-class athletes. I have built a global network of relationships within the industry, including world class athletes and elite coaches. As a skilled communicator with the ability to educate, motivate and engage sport professionals, regardless of sport or age level, I've established high performance management systems, created robust infrastructures for elite training, built winning team cultures and created environments that allow athletes to express and achieve their potential. I have held various positions at a number of elite sporting organizations including Strength & Conditioning coach, Sports Scientist and Performance Manager while living in the United Kingdom from 1991 to 2011 before moving to the USA.
