As Head of Sales for Unique Window Systems, I oversee the sales function for all 4 divisions within the business, trade supply only, trade counter, new build/commercial supply & fit and multi room supply & fit. I manage a sales team in each sector to maintain, support and grow sales whilst developing and implementing new strategies, processes and procedures to increase both revenue and profitability. I am a hard working, results driven individual and very focused. I’m experienced in key account management, business development, identifying new opportunities and generating new business I have over 25 years experience in the window and door industry in various roles, both internally and externally.
