Delivering e-Sourcing Consultancy from Supplier Sourcing, RFPs, Full e-Tenders, e-Auctions and training sessions. Worked with a diverse client base across the Public and Private sectors, clients ranged from Local Councils, Hospital Trusts, Rolls Royce Aviation and Transport for London. Public sector meant managing TED and OJEU processes for clients. During my time I worked on 15 e-Auctions and delivered c£6.2m of savings for the various companies I was Consulting at, which was a 15-45% savings on LFL prices.

During my time I managed c£20m spend across a range of categories for our Head Office, DC’s and 130 UK stores. Categories managed were Consumables, FM, Security, Car Fleet, HR Services, Store Fixtures, Head Office Furniture, Freight & Logistics, Garment Labels, Hangers & Associated Packaging. My role entailed tendering and benchmarking RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs, along with all the commercial and contract negotiations. Savings achieved during my time across all categories was a total of c£7m. Introduced e-Sourcing to the GNFR Team as a new technology to support future Purchasing Strategy. I was part of the Merger & Acquisition Team when Debenhams purchased the Roches Department Stores in August 2006, went over with a team led by Rob Templeman CEO. Which later were rebranded as Debenhams Stores

My last role was Purchasing & Project Coordinator, which started in May 2002. The role involved managing multiple projects across all 4 stores. Delivered 12 Concession Installations during this time for Brands such as Square Pie, Jane Packer, Kath Kidston, EAT, Kosher Department, Gordons Gin Bar, Moet Champagne Bar and the Oyster & Champagne Bar. In 2002 I was asked to support with the new Birmingham Bullring store, tasked to purchase all the catering equipment large and small, refrigeration counters which spanned the Food Hall and 3 Restaurants.
