Much of my professional career has been customer focused. Whether it be as a tutor in Computer Science lab in college, my job supporting the dispatchers and the energy management system at Dairyland Power Cooperative, or my current position as a Business Analyst supporting the County HR/Payroll system. I have always tried to look at IT Systems from a users view. I always believe there is a better way of doing something. In March of 2016 I became the lead ERP Project Manager.
