Implemented the Global Performance Management web portal which enabled accurate monthly income statements, calculated ROI, RONA, production output and reserves for all of the company’s holdings. GPM strategically involved extensive metric calculation to determine key-performance-indicators which helped optimize existing production efforts and reduce cost. These indicators also provided guidance and opportunities for higher efficiencies. This project was a contributor to the company’s stock increase and subsequent split that occurred in 2005. Led the project team that created the Global Production System web portal. This project involved incorporating global upstream production accounting into an integrated data reporting portal as well as create cohesion with the company’s GL component. Designed and supported a Data Mart batch job system that reduced server space, transactional interruptions and email notifications. Designed and supported Data Marts within Oracle and SQL Server and its related reporting tools for SEC, Financial, Revenue and Production accounting.
