Engaged with Richmond residents on the City of Richmond's Organic Waste Collection Program. Position involved meeting residents and answering any questions that they may have about the program.

* replaced and installed digital boxes * educated customers on operations of equipment * offered opportunities for customers to save money through new services (telephone) and bundles without pressure * worked in the field independently

* engaged the community in water saving initiatives * wrote reports internally as well as providing updates to elected officials on various programs * assisted in running various programs (Bathroom Fixture Replacement Program & Toilet Rebate Program) as well as monitoring progress (participation, water savings) * created advertising campaigns to improve program participation, general conservation awareness as well as assisting in promoting solid waste and energy efficiency initiatives * enforced local bylaws
