My previous experience working for Home Depot, I became well versed in communication; both verbal and written as well as exceptional organizational experience. I have an excellent track record of consistently meeting the expectation of both customers as well as management, always with a smile and enthusiasm. There is always something to do while in appliances besides just selling my role in the department is being the one the rest of my team goes to in regards to extensive issues, questions, or concerns they may have. I am able to calm customers down and provide an answer that they may not want to hear but accept anyways without getting a manager or supervisor involved. I have created an Appliance Responsibility Reminder which went over the responsibilities of each associate to ensure everyone was on the same page and went over it with each individual.
