I've been blessed to work with some of the most talented professionals in my career. From Corporate Retail, to Steel Manufacturing, to Direct Selling to Wholesale - HR is HR and I've done it all. But, as the years go by, people change, systems change, customers change - I've changed. I was trained by people-centric managers and learning this early on prepared me for the environment we're in today. People's expectations of their employer have changed, whether we're ready for it or not, we have to put the 'human' back into Human Resources. At every company I've worked for, I've learned something valuable about myself. Bioworld has taught me the importance of true grit.
