It removes all distractions—no workshops, no guest speakers, no busywork—to create an immersive environment dedicated purely to "deep work," coding, and product execution alongside peers of similar caliber. The program culminates in a highly anticipated Demo Day for top-tier venture capitalists. It is often described as the most productive three months of a technical founder's career.
