Duties included seeing a caseload of children (my youngest was five) and adolescents; write-ups, and diagnostic evaluations. Parents were seen separately at least every third week. Seminars included Diagnostics; Psychological Testing; Infant Development; Therapy with Children; Parent Work; Family Therapy; Readings in Freud, Klein, and Bion. Twice-weekly supervision.

Duties included leading several groups and one-on-one sessions. One group was with schizophrenic patients, another with patients suffering a mixture of psychotic disorders, another with depressive and addictive disorders, and a final one with adolescents. My primary tool with these patients was dream interpretation; patients at all levels of pathology responded favorably.
