* Managing bookings of guestrooms, meeting rooms and additional activities to companies and groups * Arranging the provision of food and drink to customer groups * Conducting site inspections * Generating new business opportunities and retaining existing * Collaborating with operations staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

* providing a high level of customer care to internal and external customers of the University * providing accurate advice to all parties and dealing with complex queries * facilitating communication and information flow between students, teaching staff and other key personnel * performing administrative and technical tasks in relation to organisation of exams and graduation ceremonies * keeping registers, issuing certificates and managing various data in electronic formats

* Designing and creating arrangements for group tours and individuals for the area of Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro * Drafting contracts * Business communication in English via phone and email

Teaching and preparing exams following the curriculum prescribed by the Croatian Ministry of Education As a member of teaching staff I was also organising trips, excursions and proms;

* Preparing lessons, developing methods and teaching Croatian and Italian languages and culture to adults * Mentoring and preparing students for exams on various levels * Keeping records of students, lessons and exam results * Tailoring and preparing courses according to the national standard and requirements;

Assisting the owner in setting up the rental business, suggested on additional activities (rent a bikes, trampoline, swings). Managing bookings and communication with guests (in Italian, German and English)

I gained competencies required for teaching Croatian language and literature as a mother tongue in primary and secondary schools and in teaching Italian as a foreign language.
