I was a certified wash station attendant. My duties included sanitizing chicken leg quarters that had become unsanitary. I thoroughly cleansed them beneath chlorinated water, then returned each piece back into the line of production. I was forced to resign shortly after having learned of my diagnosis of lymphoma cancer.

Performed own business marketing (designed, published, and promotions). Provided volunteer services of free and low-cost hair care to low-income families throughout the EBR area.

I am an ex-offender. The charge that I had been convicted of was manslaughter, which was a direct result of a domestic violence incident . I served a sentence from 2002-2014. I make no excuses, nor do I blame anyone other than myself for my past actions. I take full responsibility for what I have done and I feel as though I have paid my debt to society. I currently inspect darkmeat products for defects, bruises, or blemishes and remove them along with any bone, tendon, and/or excess fat. I cut and trim meat to prepare for packing.
