Built upon agricultural knowledge and skills on a 40-acre diversified organic vegetable farm in the Pioneer Valley on the bank of the Connecticut River. Worked alongside 10 other crew members to fulfill daily harvest orders, maintained fields, and represented Kitchen Garden Farm at local farmers' market.

Responsible for 15 undergraduate students in an Introduction to Environmental Studies course. Graded weekly writing assignments, attended lectures, led weekly lab discussions and activities exploring sustainability, climate change, environmental history, ecology, personal environmental ethics and more.

Gained hands-on technical farm skills on a thriving 60-acre market-based “morganic” fruit, vegetable, and flower farm. Maintained balance of teamwork and completing tasks independently. Collaborated with Internship Coordinator to create a questionnaire to evaluate effectiveness and outcome of the UVM Food Systems Internship Program, conducted face-to-face interviews with students, entered and interpreted data.

Independently coordinated a daylong workshop concentrating on wellness and alternative progress indicators with an ecopsychology approach in Burlington, Vermont, which was attended by students, faculty, professors and community members.

Represented Siena Farms of Sudbury, Massachusetts, at their Boston retail locations. Provided friendly and attentive service to customers, distribute CSAs to members, shared knowledge regarding the growth and preparation of produce.

Oversaw the 16-vendor Dewey Square Farmer’s Market through its 9th season in downtown Boston as the on-site manager and represented the Boston Public Market Association. Distributed Boston Bounty Bucks to customers with EBT cards and provided resources on food access, EBT assistance and other markets.
