Current position covering SEA & UAECurrent Job scope- Conduct site surveys, field verification, and test fit plans. - Develop conceptual design drawings for retail shop review and approval in coordination with internal several related departments. - Design and create construction documents for construction/permit, includingtechnical details.- Able to check all deliverables for quality, accuracy and completeness.- Develop and completes mall drawing submission including interior plans, elevations, and3D visualization.- Work closely with several internal department supporting design and technical tasks. - Maintain cooperative relations with all internal departments and fellowemployees.- Ensure all the requirements are fix into design- Develop presentations and 3D renderings as needed.- Provide simple project Bills of Quantity for every projects- Handle project tender - Compare of Bills of Quantity from each contractors to meet our budget. - Prepare renovation contract - Work closely with contractors for store maintenance (covering HLA SEA)- Work closely with mall fit-out team to get work permit or approval - Handle site renovation progress - Ensure renovation progress on track to meet the opening date - Renovation inspection for during after site renovation and prepare report of defect list to contractor.- Prepare end year report or weekly report - Store checking every quarterly to ensure store in good condition and maintain company image
