A volunteering position advising on HR Strategy, people planning, and culture. I leverage my experience and skills to support the work of Oxfam in Hong Kong, Macau, & China.

I established coNEXTion to leverage my skillset in creating inclusive and transformative experiences through event creation, learning facilitation, and strategic individual & group coaching. Since its inception, coNEXTion supports the sponsorships programmes for the Corporate Clients of Meraki Executive Search & Consulting (Morgan Stanley, MUFG) and TDC Global (MUFG), and consults for other organisations including APG Asia, Methanex, Bloomberg, and VF Corporate.

In my role as an Advisory Board Member for women-focused healthtech organisation Blissmi, I advise the management team on the strategic execution of its launch plans to highlight women’s health and wellness in the workplace, as well as mitigate the broader impact this has on society. I advise on the inclusive approach to women’s health and the recent 100 Voices Survey.

Management and operations of a property investment portfolio.

As Board Member for the young women’s youth empowerment charity Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, my responsibility is to lead the Integrity, Ethics and Reputation pillar of the Board Governance Framework established under my leadership when I was Board Chair. I continue on the Board that supports this innovative and developing charitable causes and inclusion through the implementation of initiatives and programmes as well as supporting fundraising efforts. As Board Chair for the young women’s youth empowerment charity Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, my responsibility was to establish the Corporate Governance Framework and build a Board that supports this innovative and developing charitable causes and inclusion through the launch of the EmpowerHer Initiative.

During my tenure as Advisory Board Member of FT Women in Business Asia, I played a key role in guiding the Financial Times initiative, offering practical and relevant content, and supporting members across the Asia region.

As Group Diversity and Inclusion Director at Prudential, I led the global stakeholders in defining and implementing a comprehensive business transformation three-year strategy as it became a dual-listed entity in the UK and Hong Kong with a focus on growing the Asia and Africa Insurance and Asset Management markets. I represented Prudential’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to our Board, ExCos, ESG Committees, external benchmarking organisations, investor bodies, as well as at various industry events. Notable achievements under my leadership include helping Prudential gain a position on Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index from 2021 - 2023, spearheading PRUCommunities, and developing and implementing the firm’s Hybrid Working framework, policies, and playbook.

While serving as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee, I was responsible for raising HKD4.5m annually through Sportathons, Virtual and In-person Gala events, movie nights, and mahjong & poker nights, as well as spearheading fundraising for special projects to raise funds for replacement of the fire system and building repairs for the orphanage in Guangdong, PRC.

The Directorship Programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to demonstrate they are ready for the responsibilities of the boardroom as a Director or Non-Executive Director.
