About Me I got into aviation and procurement by accident — but it quickly turned into a passion. I enjoy mapping out purchasing processes, spotting where things can work better, and then improving or even automating them. I bring new ideas, a hands-on approach, and I love using modern technology to make procurement more efficient and effective. I completed the AS9100 Supply Chain Auditor course, where I assessed the full production process — from receiving purchase orders to final shipment. I genuinely enjoy working with suppliers and managing those relationships at a high level. ⸻ What Drives Me Outside of work, I’m deeply curious and passionate about science and education. I’m fascinated by black holes, especially what might happen beyond the event horizon, and I love diving into quantum mechanics, field theory, and string theory. I’m even working on my own “theory of everything” — just for the fun of it. I truly believe that for humanity to move forward, we need to put education and science at the top of our priorities. As Director of Operational Procurement, I have taken on responsibility for indirect operational procurement, part of military procurement, and the complete scope of direct procurement. In this role, I lead a team of 17 direct reports and oversee procurement activities covering an annual spend of approximately CZK 2.5 billion. My responsibilities include managing inventory value, strengthening operational performance, and driving greater alignment across procurement processes. A key focus of my role is the automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, including the integration of AI into daily operations to increase efficiency, transparency, and decision-making quality. This position combines operational leadership, process transformation, and strategic execution across a complex procurement environment.

I’m building LifeBlender — an experimental “TCG 2.0” game where players don’t collect creatures, they create life itself. Players combine elemental cards like DNA, Energy and Chemistry to generate completely new lifeforms. Each creature begins its own life inside a player-driven ecosystem where time, survival and community interaction determine rarity and value. Lifeforms can receive likes that extend their lifespan, evolve in rarity, fight in arena battles, be traded in the marketplace, and eventually become immortal artifacts.
