As the owner of SchoolCoders, I lead the development and growth of a future-focused digital literacy, coding and AI education platform designed specifically for schools. SchoolCoders supports primary and secondary schools, multi-academy trusts and international school groups in delivering structured, curriculum-aligned coding and technology education that prepares students for a rapidly evolving digital world. Our programmes enable schools to strengthen their computing provision, build student confidence in technology and demonstrate a clear commitment to future-ready education. My role focuses on shaping the strategic direction of SchoolCoders, building partnerships with school and trust leaders, and ensuring our platform delivers both educational impact and commercial value for schools. We work closely with leadership teams to integrate coding, digital literacy and AI learning into the wider school vision, supporting differentiation, innovation and long-term student employability. Through SchoolCoders, we aim to help schools move beyond basic computing provision and establish a visible, future-facing digital strategy that enhances learning, supports teachers and strengthens each school’s positioning in an increasingly competitive education landscape.

I am the owner of MATNetworks - the membership for school and Trust leaders who want to collaborate at pace and at scale. We design and deliver free, regional gatherings and year-round communities that connect MAT executives with peers and trusted local partners, focused on practical solutions in strategy, school improvement, marketing and admissions, digital and data, estates, finance and governance.
