WHAT I DO I provide real estate businesses with a part-time (fractional) or interim Finance Director at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. Fractional is part-time but on-demand. I will be available when you need me. You will get a finance director with 25+ years’ experience of helping SMEs and institutional real estate businesses increasing your credibility with prospects and confidence your finances and tax compliance are being managed properly whilst improving efficiency, reducing errors and controlling costs. I have also led the finance and tax DD, structuring and integration on a number of acquisitions both in the UK and Europe. My wide and varied exposure to many different real estate businesses has allowed me to understand and select the best ways of operating which I will bring to your business. HOW I DO IT At no cost to you I will firstly get to understand your business, processes and any areas of potential risk. I will provide recommendations where improvements can be made.
