Marketing Director (UK & Europe)
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, I was responsible for managing Who Gives A Crap’s marketing across all consumer touchpoints in the UK and Europe. Following a restructure in November 2024, I was also asked to lead local marketing across the other core geographies (AU and US) on an interim basis. Key Achievements: ▪️ Led the business through three consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth in the UK (+56% from FY22 to FY25), becoming the first business unit to pass £50m (A$100m) ▪️ Grew total DTC order volume by >23%, including returning customer acquisition to YoY growth post-Covid ▪️ Implemented the brand’s first 360 campaign, more than tripling UK brand awareness in 2.5 years ▪️ Gained agreement from all UK TV networks (through Clearcast) and became the first advertiser to broadcast an ad using the word crap pre-watershed! ▪️ Initiated a rapid campaign response when Google blacklisted our brand name, winning praise from Sir John Hegarty ▪️ Helped secure listings in Waitrose and Tesco, building and leading the shopper marketing roll out ▪️ Led international marketing teams, building strategies across the full mix to fuel growth for FY26

Responsible for the £380m McVitie’s portfolio, I led the team across brand and shopper marketing, consumer insights and product innovation. Key Achievements: ▪️ Delivered a new brand to the market in 6 months (McVitie’s Blissfuls), including a full ATL campaign, which was rated the number one most incremental innovation to the category in 2022 (Kantar) ▪️ Led the largest brand activation in McVitie’s history – sponsorship of Britain’s Got Talent ▪️ Implemented an LGBTQ+ Pride campaign (Something for Everyone), despite concerns from seniors ▪️ Launched the company’s first licensed product - a collaboration with Krispy Kreme which has become a model for innovation since ▪️ Defined a new strategic direction for key McVitie’s brands, with CEO alignment and a 3-year innovation roadmap

Director, Brand Marketing
Responsible for the development of the Dollar Shave Club brand at a critical time in its history, including a full brand redesign and the launch into the US retail market. Responsibilities included; go to market planning and product launch campaign management (from ideation to execution), author of the brand’s environmental sustainability and social impact missions, advertising strategy and campaign development and brand stewardship across departments including Member strategy. Key Achievements: ▪️ Delivered go-to-market launches totalling >$3.5m; double digit growth for 2021 ▪️ Created a bespoke new TVC asset leveraging in-market learnings in 6 weeks (saving >$200k) ▪️ Led the brand’s response to George Floyd’s death and the BLM movement ▪️ Built DSC’s environmental sustainability and social impact missions

UK Launch Manager
Leading the launch of Dollar Shave Club into the UK market, which included advertising, communication and PR planning, Member acquisition media, influencer marketing, managing in-house editorial content production and customer service teams. Key Achievements: ▪️ Built a UK DTC business acquiring ~250k customers in 18 months, with robust LTV and PBP ▪️ Implemented an innovative CPA-driven sponsorship with talkSPORT designed to acquire Members and drive brand awareness while controlling investment

Marketing Executive: Marmite, Bovril, Pot Noodle and Peperami
During my role as marketing executive, I was responsible for management of the Bovril brand, and Marmite snacking portfolio, as well as running the licensing programme across all four brands, looking at both food and non-food opportunities.

Brand Builder - Export
As part of my role in Export, I was responsible for the marketing activities of Unilever’s margarine, tea and ice cream portfolios in export markets worldwide, including Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, the major European tourist markets (e.g. France & Spain), the Middle East and the US.
