I am a driven and energetic business management professional with a proven track record of high performance within real estate and multi-family property management industries. My experience includes complex business modeling and financial analysis, real estate portfolio management, and business operations. I have managed the operations of multi-family real estate assets in various stages from lease-up to stabilization, as well as developed marketing plans and operating budgets. I have worked with development teams and financial institutions to achieve desired debt service ratio projections, developed operating budgets and operating strategies, and provided cash flow projections. I have also developed analysis on potential multi-residential real estate acquisitions, developed pro forma analysis, and worked on teams to develop RFPs for management. Through my education and experience I have gained the necessary knowledge to not only develop business management plans but also to implement them effectively and efficiently. Additionally, I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in operational management, sales, training, support, leadership, development, data and financial analysis, and marketing.
