Prepared legal memoranda addressing liability, compliance obligations, and remedial options under applicable contracts and regulations. Advised on corrective actions and remediation measures and worked with internal stakeholders to support compliance with city, state, and federal requirements applicable to vendor relationships.

Held a management role in a Japanese corporate environment prior to law school, supporting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-border coordination between Japan headquarters and U.S. subsidiaries. Worked closely with senior management, finance, and accounting teams, and supported operational and contractual matters involving U.S. partners and service providers.
