I specialize in organic or locally-sourced foods and creating a menu from my focus on local growers, farmers, and lovers of food. Seasonally-oriented, my general goal is to bring the goodness and purity of taste from the field to the plate to the palate with the least amount of adulteration, maximizing the freshness and flavor for the diner.

I recently completed the position of Document Control Administrator, which was associated with Hisada's ISO 9001:2008 certification. In this role, I was primarily involved in scheduling and executing new product trials and testing with the Production Planning Department. This involved extensive communications among management and other support staff, materials acquisition through Production Control, and confirmation of inventory on a regular basis. I worked in tandem with many other administrators within Hisada in order to create a positive work environment and to augment our business with Aisin USA, Mfg., Inc. of Seymour, IN. In turn, our parts are eventually used in many popular vehicles from Toyota to Honda, and others. I have also gained additional experience in reading blueprints, plans and other engineering-related documentation used in the production of auto parts, and I highly value the relationships I have built thus far during my time here at Hisada.
