I work in airline operations and continuing airworthiness, focused on how airlines perform in real life and how they can improve in practical ways. I have worked in operational and maintenance environments across Emirates, Swiss International Air Lines, and Iberojet, where safety, efficiency, and execution are part of daily reality. This led me to create The Lean Airline, focused on airline operations and continuing airworthiness, using lean management to improve how operations are designed and executed. I am the author of Aircraft Maintenance Programs (Springer, 2022) and The Lean Airline: Flight Excellence (2024).
