Building something awesome in UGC gaming, initially with virtual reality and later with cutting-edge AI. Raised $8M from Greylock & General Catalyst. (Formerly called Angle Technologies.)

- Launched improved channel publishing tools as part of “One Channel” redesign. - Founded a new team focused on Creator Growth, launched an in-product advice tool for YouTube Creators, increasing creator feature adoption. - Launched Creator Studio mobile app for managing your channel on the go, for iOS and Android. - Launched Creator Credits, a way to mark collaborators to build up an IMDB-style collaboration graph. - Helped charter a team driving next-gen mobile creation tools.

Google Instant: Led two successful Code Yellows. Worked with 12 teams in search and ads to launch "Input Method Editor" aware search (a localization feature in Japanese); disabling Instant on slow computers; better triggering of rendering. Searchbox UI: Drove integration of Input Tools (virtual keyboard, transliteration features). Then moved over to YouTube (above).

Launched new reviews UI on Google mobile product search; upgraded many locales to tier-1 mobile web experiences; dreamed up next gen mobile search ideas.

Built a new feature for Google Bookmarks in Java and Javascript on Google infrastructure.

• Co-founded www.Phrazit.com, an online platform for condensed reviews allowing users to see at a glance what people think about given topics. The site attracted over 15,300 unique visitors, over 200,000 page views, and was featured in four major press articles, most notably TechCrunch and Spiegel Online. • Phrazit's predecessor StudyBuddy was selected as one of 11 companies out of a pool of more than 200 to participate in DreamIt Ventures, a Philadelphia-based seed stage incubator program, which provided $20,000 in funding, summer office space, legal and accounting advice, and mentoring. • Lead web programmer and manager of another developer through planning, prototyping, engineering, and QA. • Presented to and cultivated relationships with potential strategic partners and investors.
