I have a deep-rooted passion for Lean and Agile principles to support people, teams and organisations in building better ways of working. Currently, I'm conducting doctoral research at Oxford Brookes University, exploring how conversational humour manifests in coaching and mentoring. I also hold a postgraduate certificate in Business & Personal Coaching from the University of Chester and am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
