In charge to develop a risk assessment analysis on pricing, access and reimbursement for the launch of two new drugs. The scope of the project, which covered 50 markets outside United states, was to be able to recommend a specific pricing strategy for cluster countries and to offer in case of need mitigating actions based on perspective economic models.

Responsible for the overall environment shaping action plan to support products to be launched in Oncology and Immunology. I had the primary task of representing the company in interactions with political-institutional interlocutors (MoH, Aifa, Parliament, regional authorities), as well as guiding advocacy and company's initiatives with patients and media. My responsibility was then extended to the coordination of activities aimed at accelerating market access in Northern Italy.
