With over two decades of experience in franchising, I’ve had the privilege of building, scaling, and supporting franchise brands across the restaurant, health & wellness, technology, and multi-unit retail sectors. My passion lies in developing strategic growth plans, forming high-impact partnerships, and empowering entrepreneurs to realize their vision through franchising. Currently, I serve as Vice President of Franchising & Development at Vintage Restaurant Group, where I lead domestic and international expansion strategies, drive multi-unit growth, and help bring dynamic brands like Ford’s Garage to new markets across North America and beyond. Prior to this, I was the Director of Franchising at Inspire Brands, where I led strategic initiatives for several portfolio concepts (BWW, Arby's, Sonic, Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco), working with world-class operators to scale effectively. I was also proud to serve as President of Kono Pizza USA, a first-to-market brand with traditional, non-traditional, and mobile franchise formats. That journey deepened my commitment to supporting franchisees and showed me firsthand the grit and resilience required to bring an emerging brand to life.
