From my position as a member of the corporate BOD, I leaded the financial department (Spain & 15 additional countries) and the IT department, being responsible of managing the transformation of the company from a traditional family business model to a multinational organization. Achieved Goals: Reorganization and professionalization of the Finance Function, with special focus on financing and corporate performance management. Process Reengineering, multi-country standardization, and new ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics AX) at corporate level (300 users, 6 countries and 25 work centers). Digital Transformation: cloud implementation (infrastructure), new application architecture and process digitalization.

Responsible of business development and project delivery in the area of strategy, finance and corporate performance management. Achieved Goals: Cumulated turnover of 6 million euros and more than 30 active clients, beginning as the first employee of the company. Business development of IT Performance Management services, working for tier-1 companies in Spain like Banco Cetelem, Ferrovial, RENFE, Grupo Prisa, Acciona and Airbus Military, among others. Business development of Corporate Performance Management services for Spain and Latin America, working for tier-2 companies in Spain like Central Lechera Asturiana, Estrella de Galicia, BPA, CLH and BHD, among others.

Responsible of Product Costing and Budgeting (CAPEX and OPEX) for supply chain area (7 mills, 16 production lines, 300+ SKUs). I was team member for both the operations transformation project and the new strategic plan development. Achieved Goals: Implementation of a new IT solution for product costing calculation and reporting (SAP CO-PC), integrated with the corporate ERP (SAP R/3). Design and implementation of a new budgeting process and system within the Supply Chain area. Restructuring of the operations area, implementing the strategic plans and CAPEX execution (mills closing and new production lines investment).

Responsible of different projects linked to the areas of finance, corporate performance management and business intelligence, leading IT implementation projects for CFOs and CEOs. Achieved Goals: Successful execution of more than 10 projects with tier 1 companies, with very good client recognition. Part of the team (10 members) that achieved the goal of making PwC leader in the implementation of profitability and reporting solutions within the Telecom industry in Spain from 2001 to 2006.

I am part of the Corporate BOD in charge of the transformation of the business model of the Group AENOR (Spain & 8 additional countries) through the execution of the new 2018-23 Business Plan. Scope: Reorganization of the Finance Function, with special focus on Corporate Performance Management, Reporting and Capital allocation. Restructuring of the multinational group, increasing the integration of all the branches from an operational, legal and financial perspective. Implementing a new Systems Plan, with direct responsibility on the new ERP implementation, and being an active participant on the rest of the initiatives.
