Prepared financial analysis of potential multifamily and retail real estate acquisitions including the creation of detailed pro-forma financial models. Coordinated and conducted pre-acquisition due diligence and market research for acquisition opportunities. Prepared financing and equity packages for lenders and investors, and pitching opportunities to various 3rd parties.
