I'm a Financial Systems Manager focused on leading a high-performing team to gather, plan, develop, and deliver robust and timely enhancements to our financial systems. I am fascinated by potential, and nothing fires me up more than being able to see what is possible and then find ways to make it into reality. This has been something I've enjoyed doing both with people (as a manager and coach) and with financial systems (as an administrator and developer). Seeing and igniting the potential I see in both the people and the systems I work with day to day is incredibly motivating and rewarding work.
