- Perform risk based reviews of revenue transactions within assigned territories. - Review include revenue, deferred revenues and deferred cogs. - Review Gross margins and balances of worldwide deferred revenues and deferred COGS. - Review and understand all pertinent and current accounting literature related to revenues and help ensure compliance with them. - Facilitate continuous improvement in revenue and revenue review related processes - Ensure compliance with internal controls - Responsible for other tasks assigned such as maintaining un-posted logs, consolidated revenue reconciliations, revenue metrics, assistance with ESP studies, etc. - Review and analyze WW revenue, gross margins and contribution margins in order to draft Management Discussion $ Analysis (MD&A) for the 10Q.

- Responsible for overall Accounting operations and internal controls and managed all monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of consolidated books including the year end audit and the preparation of Internal/External financial statements, and management reports. - Front end of the Revenue recognition and Revenue Accounting team (Annual Revenue $1B). - Assisted and worked closely in structuring deals with the Contract Administration and legal teams to avoid revenue recognition issues. - Responsible for reviewing contracts (Standard and non-standard), agreements, Purchase Orders and relevant documents for potential revenue recognition issues and compliance with internal revenue policies. - Responsible for VSOE analysis. - Responsible for application of EITF 00-21, SOP 97-2, SAB 101 and SAB 104 during contract review and all other revenue related matters. - Managed coordination with cross functional teams such as shipping, receiving, Billing, Sales Operation, Contract Administration, and Cost Accounting team during month end, quarter end, and year end cutoffs to close the period.
