David Wagner

Dave joined Everbridge in July 2022 and currently serves as President, CEO and Member of the Board of Everbridge, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: EVBG). Before joining Everbridge, Dave spent 6 years at Zix (NASDAQ:ZIXI) where his team grew Revenue, EBIDTA and enterprise value each by over 400% in six years. Prior to Zix, He spent 20 years at Entrust where he held several leadership roles. Including as its President where he oversaw the successful sale and integration of Entrust to Datacard. Dave also held the Chief Financial Officer role at Entrust from 2003 to 2013. Through his cross-functional responsibilities in both finance and operations, Dave was able to help deliver revenue growth and create shareholder value. Dave is admired for his strong leadership skills, professionalism and execution. Dave is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received an undergraduate degree in accounting and a master's of business administration.
