Design and manage Boys Action product lines from concept, design & development and finished product. Work closely with Marketing to create line plans, item counts and shipping quantities of various products. Also, work closely with Engineering, packaging, and model makers in efforts to produce high quality product at reduced costs. Working closely with and manage the design and development of products in our Hasbro Far East offices, correspond with various designers, engineers, and model makers in Far East offices as well. Under my design and development direction, Hasbro has had many successful Marvel products.

Managed and designed many product lines for the Outdoor Toys Division including The Phlat Ball™ and Zoingo Boingo™. Responsible for completing several product lines and carrying them out, from initial concept, to production in Hong Kong. Helld many responsibilities including designing, illustration, packaging, marketing & advertising, and presentation to buyers in the retail product market. Lead groups of engineers on new product ideas and ventures. Revitalized previous products to new ventures and introducing new properties to division.

Participated in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products. Managed day-to-day progress of product line in factories in Hong Kong.Created concepts and designs, based on over 4,000 hugely popular Marvel characters, as well as TNA (wrestling) and others, which will lead into the production of Action Figures, accessories, and licensed product. Worked closely with engineers and model makers to develop cost efficient, yet stunning, action figures.

Designed and developed infant and children’s hard line and soft line (plush) toys by way of traditional and computer illustrative techniques.

Designed and developed a variety of upscale and, at times, unusual products utilizing creative licenses by way of illustrative and/or computerized techniques. Regularly brainstormed with buyers, and interacted and communicated with vendors, and/or printers and obtained the highest of quality work.
