Construction materials professional with over 15 years of experience in concrete and aggregates production, operations management, and technical training.Currently a lecturer at UNICEM, I specialize in concrete technology, mix design, laboratory testing, and material performance.In parallel, I am developing a technical approach focused on low-carbon innovation in cementitious materials, particularly through the integration of alternative materials such as biochar and other organic or mineral waste.My work is driven by a strong field background combined with industrial production knowledge and a growing focus on R&D-oriented thinking.I am particularly interested in bridging the gap between industry practices and research developments in construction materials.Open to technical discussions, collaborations, and innovation-driven projects.
