• Appointed as Acting Director of Strategic Business Development alongside my role as Group Controlling Director, reporting directly to the CEO. • Leading Group-level Strategic Business Development, managing 3 first-line directors and a team of 25 professionals. • Responsible for Group Strategy and Strategic Planning, from definition through execution and performance tracking. • Leading all M&A activities, including target screening, strategic rationale, valuation, due diligence coordination and strategic integration. • Responsible for Group ESG and Sustainability Strategy, embedding ESG principles into corporate strategy and investment decisions. • Overseeing EU Funds strategy and coordination aligned with Group strategic priorities. • Leading Business Process Management and Digital Transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strategic execution.

• Managing team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial and management reporting to internal and external stakeholders. • Leading the business partnering process, collaborating with senior management and business units to align strategic and operational objectives with financial outcomes. • Responsible for business analysis and performance monitoring, delivering insights that support executive decision-making. • Managing Investor Relations for a publicly listed company (Prime Market), serving as the primary contact for investors and analysts, ensuring transparent and consistent communication of financial performance and strategy to external stakeholders.

• Leading and managing team responsible for conducting financial analysis and business projections of Bank’s corporate clients in order to quality assess arising financial and business risks. • Participating in work of Bank’s Credit committees for significant credit exposures. • Coordinating and participating in implementation of different processes, projects and initiatives related to risk management domain.

• Leading and managing team responsible for fostering business relationship with Bank’s largest corporate clients. • Supporting team members in structuring complex business transaction and supervising the whole process. • Coordinating all activities related to large corporate clients with all key stakeholders on the local and group level.

• Managing business relationship with key large corporate clients and participating in negotiating process with some of the Croatian most prominent companies. • Preparing and structuring complex business transactions (i.e. investment financing, syndicated lending, project finance and structured finance).

• Managing portfolio of SME clients and advising them on how to effectively use their money to grow their business.
